Same problem in the middle; what I assume was intended to be < >
came out mangled. Byte by byte:
e1 83 90 e1 83 91 e1 83 92 e1 83 93 e1 83 94 e1 83 95 e1 83 96 e1 83 97
ა ბ გ დ ე ვ ზ თ
e1 83 98 e1 83 99 e1 83 9a e1 83 9b e1 83 9c e1 83 9d e1 83 9e e1 83 9f
ი კ ლ მ ნ ო პ ჟ
So far, so good. But then we once again have that illegal sequence
E1 83 20:
e1 83 20 e1 83 a1 e1 83 a2 e1 83 a3 e1 83 a4 e1 83 a5 e1 83 a6 e1 83 a7
??? ს ტ უ ფ ქ ღ ყ
That *should* be E1 83 A0. I'm guessing there's some
insufficiently-Unicode-aware part of your mail client which is
changing what it thinks are non-breaking spaces (U+00A0) into
regular spaces (U+0020).
