Are you talking about the Mood Watcher or the Content Concentrator? ;)))
For the Mood Watcher, go to Tools > Options and scroll down to MoodWatch.
There's a small box on top with "Enable MoodWatch". Just untick it to
disable the Mood Watcher. As for the Content Concentrator, you can disable
it by going in Options to "Content Concentrator" and set both "Preview
Pane" and "Message Window" to "None".

I haven't found the spellchecker either :))) . It looks like the place to
call it manually is well hidden ;))) .

Is it a word meaning "the power of the beautiful ones" or did you mean
"bureaucracy"? ;))) Note that it's easy for me, since "bureau" is a plain
and very common French word (meaning "desk" or "office") :) .
