Bizarre? Just because I can define for myself that "?aqitanak'ca?ax
h'nani c'xah n'ncitah x'tin" translates to "My favorite meal is roasted
human ribs" doesn't mean the activity is bizarre. Bizarre. I've never
thought of this as bizarre, altho my mother would probably classify it
as that, come to think of it. How about everybody else. Surveys have
run rampant recently, here's a three question survey. Would you
consider the term "Bizarre" as a reasonable adjective to describe the
pastime of conlanging? Would you describe your conlang as bizarre?
What would you translate bizarre as in your language(s)? I don't
consider the activity bizarre, my current favorite conlang, Tit'xka,
would probably best be described as bizarre, and I haven't translated,
nor had the need to translate, the word bizarre into any of my
languages.
