might pack my bags as soon as I can... & I am a bit of a neat-freak

eat tooo much and -despite my scary appearance - I am house-broken ;)
LOL... Christophe has been convincing me - in numerous & lengthy email
exchanges -that I should "go Dutch." (Hence all the discussion of the
Netherlands Constitution...)
My father says to keep "all [my] options open", especially since he
doesn't think the United States of America has much more to offer me in terms
of economic security & welfare, universal healthcare, progressive politics,
creative culture, and over-all long-term survival. He thinks the USA is going
the way of the once great & mighty British Empire in the very near-future,
that it could get as bad as a 3rd World country under martial law ("War on
Drugs, War on Terrorism, ... what's next? War on Dissent?").
For the past decade, he has always said Vancouver BC, Sweden or the
Netherlands are "first choice" viable options (so far the Netherlands has the
lead, the #1 spot ;)
Besides I have dual citizenship (British and American).
Anyone know where/how can I get one of those "World Citizenship" thingies
0_o?
