Hmm... the main reason I did that is that I haven't really decided whether the /r/ phoneme will be a tap/flap, or trill, or approximant yet, so it's in the approximant column for now. As for /w/, yes, it is the velar-labial approximant, but I usually put it with bilabials for convenience. I can't really conceive of what a pure bilabial approximant would be like...
