The Kalana _think_ that they live on a flat world - does that count? In the
Universe that Tairezazh is spoken in, some tiny fraction of humanity live in
space station of the wheel type, some of which are quite large - up to tens
of kilometres in diametre.
A now-defunct conworld of mine did consist of a "sheet" hanging about in
space. It was transpanent, so you could see the stars thru' it where it
wasn't covered by soil (seafaring could be quite spectacular!).
