I'm not sure what that would mean.
I think it might depend on whether "homosexuality" refers to a dedicated
one-way 'orientation' or merely to 'activity' (which would include
bisexuality, strong or weak).
I'd assume the number of people with the 'orientation' would probably be
constant everywhere, but the amount of 'activity' would depend on the
tolerance level of the society. *Here* being bisexual is synonymous with
being "a homosexual".[1] I wonder what (if anything) that says about
tolerance levels.

[1] I have seen conversations where mentioning someone is bi produced
vehement denials along the lines of "but he's got a girlfriend!" A couple
of days ago, actually.
