In Aelya, a homosexual person, regardless of
gender,is called 'aera' (borrowed from MnIrish
'aerach' lively, airy, gay). To specify, 'poof' or
'lesbo', the terms are 'aeron' and 'aereth',
respectively. There is no negative connotation to the
Aelya terms as there are in English.
