Hi, claudio I cannot answer for Tokana. But my advice would be to think about conlanging not so much in terms of timescales and project management, but more in terms of determination, discovery and bloody-minded satisfaction. I conolang because it entertains me, and I get a huge feeling of wonder and fulfilment in creating novelty and (dis)order. I expect most others on the list would agree. Please do not be overwhelmed. We are all at different levels of ability and understanding - but all joined by a fascination of language. Compared to some of the languages demonstrated on this list, Gevey (my conlang) is a mere babe in arms. All the best Rik
