Looking for a simple conlang to learn

Hello,
I am looking for a simple conlang to learn and am
looking for suggestions. It should have a limited
vocabulary, and a provision for logically creating new
words. And it should be supported, in that someone is
actively using it and promoting it, and has complete
documentation on a website.
Any suggestions?
