Nay. It would both lose any connection to literature, and fragment English into Nyorkese, Chicaguan, Bastonian, and 9000 other dialects of English all around the world. Can't do it. (Probably can't even speak of it much here, maybe auxlang is a better venue). Phoneticism is a mistake. Um, unless that was the intent of The Secret Cabal.
