Genetive singular and genetive plural, IIRC, are differentiated solely
by tone for some nouns. In Spanish, stress can distinguish the first
person singular present indicative from the third person singular
preterite in -ar verbs, e.g., _hablo_ = I speak; _hablo'_ = (s)he/it/you
(formal) spoke.
