Well if we were operating on European time it's not that bad --- at least at the moment, European business hours are roughly 5pm to midnight, so no more wasting perfectly useful daylight hours in the office! In these circumstances you'd probably want to live much closer to work too, which would not only be good for the environment (much less travelling) but giving the government the excuse to do things which are off topic for this list. -- Tristan.
