Nope. WEST (London/Dublin/Lisbon) -5 = EDST (New York, Toronto etc).
Of course, there is always the chance you perceive time's arrow differently.
Moving backwards through time would also explain how we can see the past,
which is in front of us, but not the future, which is behind us...
