Well, you have three now: ejective, glottalic, click:
E.g.

p?      t?      k?
@       c       q       (well [q] is really retroflex ...)

BTW, I only know of 1 natlang that distinguishes between [k'] and [k?].=
 In
Yucatec Maya there is a difference between k'=E0an 'hammock' and k?=E0a=

(forgot what is was, it was k- 'our' + ?=E0an '?')
