Well, since I never used this expression, I guess so :)) . Notya is my so-
called "neither-verb-nor-noun lang" in that there is only one part of speech
which cannot be considered nominal nor verbal either. Each and every word (even
those which may be translated as prepositions :)) ) gets an ending, and there
are only four endings put in two sets of two. There are two rules needed to
explain the role of these endings, which at the same time explain word order.
And that's all! The rest is purely lexical and is thus outside the system of
rules (though you can add one rule for compound words formation). If that's not
minimalistic... :)))
