The Chinese and their cronies write it in a mutilated
pinyin, and I guess it's official to *them*.
I of course don't think the Chinese have any business
in Tibet. If anyone disagrees with me on this we'll
have to agree to disagree...
I don't know if the government in exile has any official system.
