I don't think there have ever been Uralic speakers in southern Scandinavia or Denmark, let alone the Netherlands or even Scotland. The spread of Uralic was roughly contemporaneous with that of Indo-European, and I doubt it reached those areas. ... brought to you by the Weeping Elf
