- Okay, here goes: Rokbeigalmki is spoken by the Rokbeigalm, a nation/tribe of semi-nomadic ocean-central hunter-gatherers in the unexplored (read: undescribed by JRR Tolkien) southern hemisphere of Middle Earth. The Rokbeigalm and the Drughu (Púkelmen, Drúedain, etc... Ghân-buri-Ghân's people in Lord of the Rings) were originally one tribe back in the Awakening-Land of Hildórien, but then split off - the Drughu going overland, and the Rokbeigalm going oversea. Later on, the human Rokbeigalm were joined by elves of the Avari and Nandor (Sylvan) groups, many of who intermarried with the humans, producing a diverse population of humans, elves, and people of mixed descent. My prototypical rokbeigalmkidh is Stíígiyus (Stygius), my character on ElendorMUSH who is a member of the Beorning / Anduin Valley culture - he settled down there after wandering the mysterious north for a few years. My very-much-so in-progress romance conlang, Jûdajca, is spoken in the nation of Jhûdâ (Judea) in an alternate timeline (possibly Ill Bethisad) where the Romans were just slightly nicer to the Jews and didn't go on such a revenge trip after the Bar Kokhba revolt. -Stephen (Steg) "calp â huddî!"
