That comes from cut-and-paste... It should be like this, of course:

e-  bodh- =F3- mi-ruz- le-ro- t     (that is: ebodh=F3miruzlerot)
Neg-money-DO-2c-give-1c-FUT-Neg

because this whole sentence is in the future tense.
