AFAIK only "Bohemia", as in the Sherlock Holmes story "A Scandal in Bohemia",
which features that overdressed monarch, Wilhelm Gottsreich Sigismond von
Ormstein, Grand Duke of Cassel-Felstein and hereditary King of Bohemia.
