Note:  Jovian uses preliminal inverted question and exclamation
       marks like Spanish, but I can't write them on this fuodinde
       Windows machine.  =(

Also, I'm in the process of changing a few things (again)...  most
importantly the declination of pronouns (which will now all have
the -i/-ys dative/genitive singular forms).  I'm also considering
a composed perfect tense as in German and French, but I haven't
yet included that in this exercise.

Note:  Using inversion for questions, as in French/German...
       I'm not sure whether this feature will persist.  I just

Note:  |Eitu| is the PPP of |ezer| "to give out, offer; utter",
