Not at all. Conlangers have done extremely
minimal phonologies. Including languages that are
composed solely of whistles.

Well, there's the problem! _Conlangers_ don't
give a fiddler's fart for what "other people" may
or may not find difficult. We use phonologies
that are sometimes very small, sometimes very
large, sometimes impossible to pronounce by human
beings. _Auxlangers_ are the ones that have to be
aware of such constraints.

To be realistic, you'd already have to know two
words, "medical" and "expert" to know what that
is. And it may well mean "nurse", "nurse
practitioner", "EMT", "MD", "DO", "DCM", "vet",
"coroner" "rep" or any number of other experts
that may or may not "medical".

So what? All that means is more males are colour
blind than females. We're not talking about
colour _blind_ people; but people that can see
colours. Naming extremely close colours and
caring about the minute differences between
"blush peach" and "peach blush" a woman thing.

A quarter or more males can expect prostate
troubles; while 0% of women can expect same. Does
that mean women piss better?
