I can't answer for Klingon (Philip?) but in Quenya it
might be _orciemeroli*_ or less Sanskritesque _i orcien*
merir_ 'those who wish for orcness'. The fact that we
don't have a clue about the infinitive of 'be' is a bit of
a problem here.

I dare however suggest that 'Orc' in Klingon be _orQ_ (_'orQ_?).
