That reminds me of the area I live in. this is a warm temperate area, that
pushes being subtropical (except we dont get hot in summer here). Which is
why we can grow things like bananas. Here, we dont see snow most winters,
except on the mountains. I remember it snowed in my hometown for the first
time in 25 years last year. That was most definately a thing to remember.

My list

Pronunciation is: all vowels said separately (actually, a slight glottal
stop is in between vowels that are next to eachother). Diphthongs are a
vowel plus either w or y. Hyphens separate endings to keep pronunciation
correct. Intensification for the adjectives is just as it is for very hot
and very cold.

You also wont find any snow or ice in Dáong Pélak. There are no words for
either, and if  they needed words to express them, they would probably
just borrow them  from another language. It also rarely gets truly cold in
the Saalangal homeland, since the temperatures dont fluctuate much
throughout the year. The peaks of the mountains get a bit cooler than the
lowlands do.

- cold: panás
- cold: sapanás
- very cold: sapanás nu sapanás

- rain: isáw
- to rain: lan-isáwan
- it´s raining: ngaisáwan (to say things like "it's raining", the actor
focus is used)
- rainy: saisáw

- wind (the word for air is the same): ubá'
- to blow (as wind): lan-ubá'an
- it´s blowing: ngaubá'an
- windy: saubá'

- cloud: péliw
- to cloud: lanpéliwan
- it´s clouding: ngapéliwan
- cloudy: sapéliw

- fog: píliw (this is essentially cloud but with the first vowel changed.
Saalangal also will use the word for cloud to mean fog)
- to fog: lanpíliwan
- it´s fogging: ngapíliwan
- foggy: sapíliw

- lightning: kaséy
- to lightning: lankaséyan
- it´s lightning: ngakaséyan
- lightningy: sakaséy
(Yeah, I know, that doesn't translate very well into English, but those
words exist in Saalángal)

- thunder: isgót
- to thunder: lan-isgót-an
- it´s thundering: ngaisgót-an
- thundery: saisgót

- flood: peháw
- to flood: lanpeháwan
- it´s flooding: ngapeháwan
- flooded: sapeháw

- storm: kálam
- to storm: lankálam-an
- it´s storming: ngakálam-an
- stormy: sakálam

There you have it. Now you can say the weather in Saalángal now :)
