Well, you can see two scanned samples here:

In sample 1, don't worry about the slightly smudged part; that's a little
mistake I corrected with liquid paper ("whiteout" for you 'merrycans ;-P).
In sample 2, ignore the black splotch in the middle of the first line.
It's not supposed to be there :-) There are also several spelling
mistakes, but you probably can't tell. :-P (You can tell my memory of this
script has faded over years of disuse. :-/ )
