romance and Dalmatian

So, in the process of realizing two long-standing dreams of mine, to have my
own Romance lang and to have a conlang with a Greek orthography, I've
decided to start working on a new Balkan romance lang, without the suffixed
pronouns (case retention! ahhh!). While doing some initial research, I
realized there once was a lang very much like what I want to do, half-way
between Italian and Romanian, and its name was Dalmatian. Unfortunately, it
was smothered by Slavonic some years ago. So does anyone know of a reference
for Dalmatian? Something on-line (yes, I am delusional) or something the
university could get for me? (Remember, it's the University of South
Alabama. You didn't think there was such a thing, did you?) Also, where
might I find a good wordlist of Vulgar Latin?
