Not exactly. In High Shool I once wrote a poem describing
something like that, but I don't recall ever experiencing it myself.
But I'm wondering, Teoh. Have you had any
formal music training? Do play (an) instrument/s? Does this ever
happen to you while you are awake? (ie a form of synethesia ---
only not in the sensory (input) modality but in the output modality,
ie when speech is intended, music gets planned instead).
Interesting in any case.
