Talking about dreams...
Something rather strange happened to me yesterday morning. I had a dream
where the language was neither English nor my L1 nor any other language,
but *music*. It was a somewhat bizzare dream, almost cartoonish, and at
the end, I had a very strong feeling/opinion about a certain matter. But
instead of verbally saying it, I dreamt of an orchestra playing some
powerful music that expresses my feelings. It wasn't just background
music; it was as if the music was my "voice" to "speak" that opinion.
(Unfortunately, I cannot for the life of me recall what that opinion was;
all I remembered was that the orchestra built up to a grand and moving
conclusion.) :-P
I wonder if anyone else ever had this experience? :-)
