The Kassii use cremation, also to "free the soul" (if the souls are not
reincarnated within 6 days ofthe death of their body, they die; the soul
can also be freed by certain spirit beings, but they're a lot less
reliable than cremation). However, that doesn't lead them to wonder
about non-cremators having souls or not. They just feel scorn at those
fools who let their loved ones perish.
