Ooops! Sorry.
But you don't need to be list admin. I just gave you the wrong
syntax. The correct syntax is:
CHANGE CONLANG new@example.com
This works for all members that send from their old email address.

It works, yes, but the disadvantage of this is that you loose all
settings you made to the list (selection of mail format, topic
filtering, whatnot).
