But you'd not be saying "god organization", you'd be saying "onate" :x)

Hmm, that sounds more like "godfather"/"godmother"...

That's awfully... vague. Especially for "miracle". "Miracle" should be more like "ysonaci" = "noun good religious manipulation". and "Magic" would probably be better as "ynanine" = "noun religious secret science".

But "schism" isn't limited to religious contexts, though.

You appear to have a paucity of applicable roots here, but you could try "ynabepy" = "noun religious atmospheric person"? *Muke! -- http://www.frath.net/
