I don't know. I'm not particularly prone to pick up an interlocutor's accent,
but I've known a couple linguistically naive folks who were almost comically so.
Now, I suppose they might've been linguistically oriented minds who just hadn't
happened to exploit their talent - rough diamonds as it were.
