Ah, that makes sense. I seriously doubted that one, but not being
Canadian, and having never seen any Canadian money larger than a
quarter, I couldn't be sure.
But, OT, on Canadian money, it's amazing how one will occasionally find
Canadian coins in their change. Not very commonly (at least not this
far south, my cousin, in Minnesota, when working as a waitress, had a
lot of Canadian coins in her tips), but from time to time, I'll find a
Canadian penny or nickel (or whatever Canadians refer to those coins
as). Even once or twice a quarter.
But I've never encountered a bill, and I strongly suspect that if
someone attempted to use a Canadian bill they would be rejected, yet
coins no one thinks twice about.
