There are three kinds of implosives/ingressives: pulmonic ingressive (only
Damin has this), glottalic ingressive (glottis moves down the throat; some
African languages have them, some Asian langs too?), and velaric ingressive
(clicks, Khoisan languages and Bantu languages in Southern Africa).
