As in most civilized countries. Admittedly, I heard these "favorites" just
once, years ago, from an announcer who was far more accustomed to discussing
Dylan, Janis Joplin, et al. But a friend and I thought they were so
outrageous that they've become our Approved Pronunciations in private
conversation..........along with Jackie Behr/Baer (Jacques Ibert) and the
Enoch Ameche Co. (Don Ameche's brother? AKA E. Nakamichi)
