Well, I've certainly encountered it. In speech I first noticed it with
"the" (e.g. "That is the suck!", analogous to its antonym "That is the
bomb!", which is good even though "It totally bombed!" is bad . . .)
But I have noticed "teh" starting to overtake "the" in that particular
role for some speakers. I've also encountered spoken versions of h4x0r
l33t-sp33k, like "That sux0r!" /D&t'sVk.sOr/.
