Seems that according to all reports, neighboring pidgin/creoles like
Bislama and Tok Pisin are also likewise quite forgiving. Esp'ly Bislama. And we
are talking of one of the _densest_, per capita, linguistically rich & diverse
regions of the world...
OBCONLANG: I gotta figger out how-to have this quality in goomeelego
without goin' too gonzo with its mangalang character or upsetting its odd
Novial-like balancing act of naturalism and auxlang-ish artifice.

Yepyep, "go native" like bein' thrown into the deep end of the pool to
learn how to swim. Swim or sink, baby...

In America, only formal language I _hear_ nowadays is in academia. And
even that is short supply...

I would venture to even say it is the general norm of everyday language &
lexicon. But being ever-cautious gamblin' sort, I am not bettin' on this...
as language use is more-than-quite situational and contextual.

ROTFLMAO so true. Which reminds me ...
CHRISTOPHE!!!!: You know of any manga that is in Romaji? (I mighta asked
this before, but I don't recall diddley in this regard... I plead
