Too bad - it's /'faNgorn/ and /'orTaNk/.

Only, "Rohan" isn't Rohirric. It's a Common Speech version of Sindarin _Rochann_ /'roxan(:)/. Rohirric (in LotR) is Old English, so the stress-rules shouldn't be impossible to find.
