Taruven does just that, even having a set of verbs that wants its
subject to be in this case. It is one of the features in Taruven that
seems to work best (still struggling with relativization and it seems
the passive is abandoning ship.)
However, the cases of the embedded sentence doesn't change at all, thus
"he-CAUSER I-NOM it-ACC do-CAUSATIVE-PAST".
