Also in typically English fashion, I ignored the big hard word! ;) Let's see, that would be /jEv...gEn..jE.vIC/ at first, with a lot of squinting while trying to sort it out; then once all the sounds are in place, /jEv'gEn.jE.vIC/ Padraic.
