Well, Di^me'l technically has dialects. Basically, if you get enough
people speaking any language, you get dialects :P And since di^me'l is
spoken by several thousand or so people, some of them so old it's not
worth counting, so of course, there are the older people who speak
di^me'l correctly--with all it's little eccentricites. Of course, by the
time the rqt' broz occurs, it has been dialected more or less. It has
it's own slang, most notably the shortening of the verb ki^topo (==to
be), which a lot of the slangers shorten to ki^po, skipping the 'to'.
That's the major one I know of offhand. A correct sentance would be "Ki
ki^tobe kim", whereas slang would put this as "Ki ki^be kim", and in
some extreme cases, would bring it to "Kiku'be kim", said really
quickly, "Ki ki^tobe" slurring into one word. But to answer the
question--yeah, di^me'l has dialects :P
