I note that |y| has allophones /j/ and /dZ/.
Why not /Z/ as well?
Having |x| represent /s/ and /S/ seems odd, given
that |s| is unused. Somewhere
in this thread I saw you or someone else say
something about it representing /h/ and /x/ (as well?
or instead?) but I don't see that on the website.
The opposite infix /wa/ is a nice touch.
But why use /wa/ as both an infix
and a stand-alone particle with a different meaning?
Are all derivational affixes infixes?
The formatting could use some improvement; for instance,
Tunu words should be set off from the surrounding
English text in some way, either by bolding, italics
or even just quotation marks. Also, the interlinear
glosses would be a little easier to follow if
the words were lined up in tables. The formatting
of the lexicon in particular needs work, since it has
the Tunu words and their definitions run together with
no spacing offset or punctuation delimiters.
The lexicon should probably list the grammatical
particles as well as the stems.

"plain" ? Maybe "concrete" or "specific" would
be a better word than "plain" here.
