I grew up learning how to make them. After I overbaked one set to a hardness
somewhat less than granite I decided that enough was enough and haven't baked
any for over two decades. Pity!
I'm afraid I've never encountered any exploding biscuits. Or rather - I'm
glad I've never encountered any ...
