I do remember my mother once leaving a tube of biscuits on the kitchen
countertop. Next morning, the tube spontaneously exploded, blowing dough on
the toaster, cabinets and ceiling.

However, I've also seen the after-effects of exploding opened-then-ignored
containers of orange juice and of keifer.
