Well, since this is primarily a spelling loan, the Meghean is then [ma'dZel].

(Had it been also intrafictionally a loan, it might've been [me'gel], spelt
|megoel|, but that's very obviously foreign, and many people would no doubt
nativify it to [me'dZel] anyway.)
