Answer: The reason of succeed bilingually person is
that they know two cultures while others are not,
whenever the two people want exchange ideas, they need
help for him. Yet there is a web on internet,
discussing how to unify the EU countries' language,
for they pay money just for different symbols, without
any creative inspiration of human kind, you think that
fair for a globalization world?
