In Dutch that would mean "I have five euro coins in my bag" (or
possibly "pocket", I'm not a native speaker of German either).

This is about the amount of money, not the actual physical coins. If
you want the exact coins (perhaps to work a slot machine) you have to
say
Heb je twee guldens? Do you have two guilder coins?
