Re: call for articles : Journal of Planned Languages

Greetings. Yes, it is fine to write about a conlang other than your own, if you like the
conlang in question. Contributors will receive 3 free copies of the zine. (Regional poetry
magazines often pay their writers in "contributors' copies" -- an old tradition.)

Last night I went to my storage unit (rented warehouse space) and retrieved the old JPL
archives. It is strange but I totally do not remember the last edition, #25, dated first half
1997. It looks interesting: Javant Biarujia wrote about "the artificiality of number," I
wrote a brief description of AllNoun, Ed Robertson wrote about Dunia and Tenctonese, and
there's a letter to the editor replying to Paul Doudna's review of The Wordtree which
appeared in an earlier edition. There are breif descriptions of recently published books
and pointers to websites that describe iconic/graphical conlangs.

Wow this looks fascinating, I can't wait to read it :-)
