Quite right - it ain't. I've checked real Latin as well; neither
*Pocinator nor *Pricinator occur. The nearest I can find is 'pocillator' =
"cup-bearer". But I doubt that was the word; the image of John as ganymede
to Listserv is a tad surreal ;)
